Today will be very short. Its been a rather lazy day, besides a little cleaning and a few errands. Tomorrow Kevin comes home and I get to pick up Tristan. I can't wait to get to sleep tonight!!!! I don't have any pictures for today because I literally have relaxed and enjoyed a quite house with Helen who I forgot to mention came and is spending the weekend with me. I will say one other thing for today. My brain is a tad bit in over drive, I am trying to start a website for my pet sitting service I am trying to start all over again in this area. I never had a website back home because of all my business basically being word of mouth. Here, I believe that may be a tad hard for I am one military wife of a bazillion it seems. But have no fear, I will not let that stop me because I can do this and I will do this. I miss having a purpose, not that taking care of Tristan isn't my main one and a very occupying one. It has just become the part of my life now and feel like I could help contribute a little more. Plus a little extra money on the side never hurts. So do wish me luck on my website and keep a possible future business in your prayers.
Here it all goes...

May 16 :: Day 7
Today is short and sweet. Its my half birthday, so Yayy me. I miss my little boy, but he is staying with Grandma and Papaw until Friday because this shuga mama has to clean and re organize like its cool.
So tonight has me going to bed a little bitter sweet. For once in the past 6 months I finally have a second to breathe and let my brain chill and just let go for a second. There is no husband or baby for me to think about. But now that everything is quite and I'm laying my head down for the night I realize how much I cherish this crazy hectic lifestyle I have as a wife and mom. My heart hurts tonight for as much as I miss them. I shall use this as a moment for learning. Love and cherish every time with the ones you are given cause you just don't realize how green your grass is. God doesn't give any obstacles in life we can't handle and the crazy life we learn to live with everyday is truly a blessing I'm glad I never have to live with out!!!
I love my boys to Pluto and Back <3

May 15 :: Day 6
What a busy day!!! We woke up super early cause we were so excited to play today. We got started on our huge long to do list early. Taking Daley our Plott Hound, to the Vet and getting his third puppy boosters. We got to see my old bosses and my old coworkers who all just adore Tristan and of course he just loves the attention.
After our visit to the vet, we had a great nap and then went over to help at my parents Rentals again. Heading afterwards to Lowes to pick up some Lumber for our big boy bed that our Papaw will be building for us in the next few weeks. Eating dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant. Enjoy a couple bites of beans and whip cream. What a horrible Mommy I am, but it was extremely enjoyed : ] tomorrow will be just as busy. And we are both going asleep knowing we're another day down ans closer to seeing Papa Bear!

May 14 :: Day 5
Our week long trip to Grandma and Papaws house!!!! : ]
Well, this week long vacation from Hubert, NC was brought to us by the USMC taking our Favorite Papa Bear away to go be G.I.Joe for a week in the field. Not that we should be complaining about the training because this field op is training our hero to be the hero he signed up to become. So that made our day start very early.
I woke up at 4:30am with Kevin finished packing the car and finally woke up our Angel to grab him and get him snuggled in the car after his breakfast. Drove all the way the Willow Springs, and surprised them with an 8am wake up call. We played, went grocery shopping, played with Daley and the other doggies, helped Grandma and Papaw over at the rental house and then passed out hard which is what Me, Mommy will be doing asap once this day is finished being written about.
But the very last thing on our to do list was to give Tristan a Kiss from Daddy and for Tristan and I to miss him. Thank goodness we get to see him at the end of the week and not ten and a half months from today.

May 13 :: Day 4
All there really is to say about today is I'll never forget my first Mothers Day <3
Kevin woke up with me when Mr Tristan thought it would be funny to remind me how it was back in the old days and woke us up at 4am. All he wanted was a little cuddle from mommy and daddy and of course a bottle. Back to sleep for the three of us until 7am. But at that wake up call it was all Kevin, I was able to sleep until 9!!! Whoever thought that would ever be a awesome "late" morning time lol.
Our morning started out lazy, watching a TV preacher and Kevin sharing some bonding time showing him the Movie Thor already getting him hooked on the Avengers. We left in the afternoon to head out on a walking nature trail and ended our day with some Thai Cuisine! This being one of our favorites and the restaurant being one we will surely visit again. On our drive home Kevin surprised me with the small adventure in looking at houses for sale and starting to try and find a home of our own.
All in all, I couldn't ask for a better Mothers Day. I was able to spend it with my two favorite people and felt cherished as always. Looking forward to seeing where our lives head and making more memories through out the years!
Before I forget, we start our days wrestling Alfred the Alligator and get covered in Sweet Potatoes : ]

May 12 :: Day 3
Nothing exciting is really going on today. Entertaining Tristan, and trying to clean up the house from the week long ignorance by us. This can also be called Field Day, that comes from Kevin vocabulary. But we made sure to take a break this morning from cleaning to spend some time with our little man outside. It has become one of his favorite thing to do. I have a feeling that when Tristan is a little older all he will want to do is play outside. : ] but who can blame him, we've been blessed with such a wonderful nature and beautiful landscape its hard to be the outdoors with anything that's ever on TV.

May 11 :: Day 2
Yesterday, we threw Kevin a surprise party at outback. I blind folded him as soon as he walked out the side door and drove him around the mulberry tree so he would be confused. Tristan and I walked him into Outback, and as soon as the blindfold was taken off all his friends yelled SURPRISE!!!! Well for Kevin that was great, but poor Tristan wasn't to thrilled with the outburst. He instantly busted into tears. But that fixed quickly by our "his" mister frog.
Kevin past two birthdays haven't been so great... two years ago he was waking up his first day in North Carolina after a 7 hour plane ride not knowing where his life was going to be going. Then last year he spent his birthday inside a tin can called the USS Bataan, miles and miles away from family and land of any kind.
Then this morning after a late evening my lovely little boy didn't let a tired mommy sleep. I mean that's too much to ask for right??? Lol. But I found him this morning legs through his crib rails again and somehow managed to sneak one foot out of his footie pajamas. How this happen, I'm not quite sure.
As for today, it was spent seeing Daddy at work for lunch after his 10mile hike, running some errands and playing with our puppy Daley. All in all a very busy, laid back day. So we are now waiting on hero to come home and spend a wonderful weekend together and my first mothers day : ]
